We have been lucky enough to attend some really incredible weddings in our years providing the owl ring bearer service for weddings around the UK. However, we attended one this summer that really was one of the most wonderfully different occasions and we were delighted to get the professional photographs through, just in time to share the day with you in this month’s blog post.
The wedding of Emma and Gary was arranged for Saturday 23rd June 2018, and they were to be married in the Upper Circle Bar of The Royal Shakespeare Theatre, Stratford-upon-Avon. It was a 10am wedding, as obviously the theatre would be in use later on in the day! Both the Bride and Groom were dressed in appropriate costumes as were all their guests, creating an incredible atmosphere.
The rings Emma and Gary chose to signify their marriage turned out to be quite heavy gold identical signet rings. We were a little concerned about the weight of them for Molly, but being the super owl ring bearer that she is; she had no problems delivering them whatsoever. It was Gary’s daughter Charlie who received Molly, bearing the rings for her father and new step-mother.
Their reception afterwards was taking place at Stratford-upon-Avon Boat Club in a marquee on the banks of the River Avon.
Later on in the day, Molly also delivered a necklace to Emma during her speech, which she then gave to Charlie for being their Best Woman.
Their guests also had a trip to the Butterfly Farm, where they were entertained by actors and had fun playing games, along with dancing the night away to a band. We also took a couple of our other birds along with us for their guests to meet as well as Molly. Charlie our Harris Hawk is in the photos too.
The photographs have been very kindly supplied by Robin Ball Photography with approval by Emma and Gary. Thank you Robin!
We wish you all the very best for your future together as husband and wife Emma and Gary, and than you for inviting us to be a part of your wonderfully unique wedding day, we were delighted to be a part of helping to make your vision for the day come to life.
